Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 sliced Tomato
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the cheddar cheese.
  3. Gradually add the milk, stirring just until moistened. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently 6-8 times.
  4. Roll out the dough to 1/2-inch (1 cm) thickness. Cut with a biscuit cutter and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a frying pan until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  6. In a separate pan, fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
  7. To assemble the sandwich, split the biscuits in half. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each biscuit. Top with lettuce, tomato, bacon, and a fried egg. Cover with the top half of the biscuit.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
