Ingredients
  • 6 sheet Phyllo dough
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Mixed fruit preserves
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with melted butter.
  3. Place another sheet of phyllo dough on top and repeat the process until you have 6 layers.
  4. Cut the layered phyllo dough into 12 squares.
  5. Gently press each square into a muffin tin, creating a florette shape.
  6. Fill each florette with 1 tablespoon of mixed fruit preserves.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
