  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cup Assorted fruits (e.g., strawberries, kiwi, blueberries)
  • 2 tablespoon Apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit a baking sheet.
  3. Place the dough on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
