Ingredients
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Basmati rice
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1 cup Mixed fruits (mango, banana, apple, pomegranate)
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Pistachios
  • 1 pinch Saffron strands
Instructions
  1. Wash and soak the rice in water for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large pan, bring the milk to a boil.
  3. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the boiling milk. Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is cooked and the milk thickens.
  4. Add sugar, cardamom powder, and mixed fruits to the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth. Add the whisked yogurt to the pan and mix well.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  7. Remove from heat and let it cool for a while.
  8. Garnish with almonds, pistachios, and saffron strands.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
