Ingredients
  • 300 gram Raspberries
  • 100 gram Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Whipping cream
  • 2 unit Egg whites
Instructions
  1. In a blender, puree the raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the raspberry puree into the whipped cream.
  5. Fold in the beaten egg whites.
  6. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.
  7. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Serve chilled.
