Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, breadcrumbs, flour, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or pot over medium heat. Fry the macaroni and cheese balls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
  5. Remove the fried balls from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  6. Let the balls rest for 10 minutes before serving.
