Ingredients
  • 4 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 cup Cornflakes
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 4 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Take the vanilla ice cream scoops and roll them in crushed cornflakes.
  2. Place the coated ice cream scoops in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. In a shallow dish, mix the all-purpose flour and cinnamon.
  4. In another dish, beat the egg.
  5. Take the coated ice cream scoops out of the freezer and dip them in the flour mixture, then in the beaten egg, and again in the flour mixture.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan.
  7. Carefully place the coated ice cream scoops in the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  8. Remove the fried ice cream scoops from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  9. Drizzle honey over the fried ice cream scoops.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
