Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Pie crust
  • 1 cup Fresh green chiles
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, cumin, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread the chopped green chiles and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the pie crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the chiles and cheese.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
