Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Flour
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cup Assorted fresh fruits
  • 2 tablespoon Apricot jam
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Beat in the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased flan dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Arrange the fresh fruits on top of the flan.
  7. Heat the apricot jam in a small saucepan and brush it over the fruits.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  9. Slice and serve chilled.
