Ingredients
  • 8 slice French bread
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Cut the French bread into slices and arrange them in the greased baking dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Pour the mixture over the bread slices, making sure all the bread is soaked.
  6. Sprinkle raisins over the top.
  7. Dot the bread pudding with small pieces of butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
