  • 1 teaspoon Mint extract
  • 2 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 3 drop Green food coloring
  • 4 sprigs Mint leaves
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Add the powdered sugar, mint extract, and green food coloring to the whipped cream. Mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the dissolved gelatin into the whipped cream mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes or a large serving bowl.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
