Ingredients
  • 2 piece Bialy
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 4 strip Bacon
  • 2 slice Cheddar cheese
  • 2 slice Tomato
  • 2 slice Avocado
  • to taste pinch Salt
  • to taste pinch Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Slice the bialy in half and toast it in a toaster or toaster oven until lightly browned.
  3. In a frying pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
  5. Assemble the sandwich by layering the cheese, bacon, eggs, tomato, and avocado on the bottom half of the toasted bialy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Place the top half of the bialy on the sandwich.
  8. Optional: Wrap the sandwich in foil and place it in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
