Cook farro according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.

Wash and chop Swiss chard leaves. Thinly slice the red onion. Peel and segment the grapefruit.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked farro, Swiss chard, red onion, grapefruit segments, chopped parsley, and almonds.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and black pepper to make the grapefruit vinaigrette.
