Ingredients
  • 2 cup Basmati Rice
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup Green Peas
  • 1 cup Green Bell Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Green Onions
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add green bell pepper, broccoli, and green peas. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add spinach and green onions. Cook until wilted.
