Ingredients
  • 2 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1.5 cup Rice
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 unit Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper, ground
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  3. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the broccoli florets and cook until tender.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  6. In a greased baking dish, layer cooked rice, sautéed vegetables, and grated cheddar cheese.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Allow the dish to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
