Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Chopped peanuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, mashed bananas, egg, vanilla extract, and milk.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the dish for 30 minutes.
  9. Cut into bars and serve.
