Ingredients
  • 200 gram Butter
  • 250 gram Granulated sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 150 gram All-purpose flour
  • 50 gram Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 150 gram Chocolate chips
  • 100 gram Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually add the egg mixture to the butter mixture, stirring constantly.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
