  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the white chocolate chips and chopped pecans.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes.
