  • 1 cup Egg whites
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  3. Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan and swirl to evenly coat the bottom.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
  5. Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Repeat with the remaining batter.
