Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickles
  • 1/4 medium Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 9 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, red onion, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Once the eggs are cool, peel and chop them. Add the chopped eggs and cooked macaroni to the bowl with the dressing. Stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
