Ingredients
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Add milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and nutmeg to the beaten eggs. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into individual ramekins or a baking dish.
  5. Place the ramekins or baking dish in a larger baking pan. Fill the larger pan with hot water halfway up the sides of the ramekins or baking dish.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until the custard is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
