Ingredients
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 2 piece Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro leaves
Instructions
  1. Boil the eggs and remove the shells.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the boiled eggs until golden brown.
  3. In the same pan, add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add ginger, garlic, and green chili and cook for a minute.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  6. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Add water and bring it to a boil.
  8. Gently add the fried eggs and simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with cilantro leaves.
  10. Serve hot with rice or roti.
