Ingredients
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Rum extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, rum extract, and egg.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and water to make a glaze.
  9. Drizzle the glaze over the warm buns.
