Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
  • 1 can Cherry pie filling
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and top with cherry pie filling.
  6. Slice and serve chilled.
