Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Pizza dough
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and continue cooking until the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  6. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the dough with olive oil and spread the mac and cheese sauce evenly over the dough.
  8. Top with mozzarella cheese and any additional toppings if desired.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  11. Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
