  • 2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and water. Stir well.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  5. Pour the blueberry mixture into a baking dish and drop spoonfuls of the batter on top.
  6. Bake for 35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
