  • 400 gram Chicken breast
  • 50 gram All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 unit Egg
  • 100 gram Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 100 gram Cheddar cheese
  • 1 unit Lemon
  • 20 gram Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices.
  3. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, curry powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip each chicken slice into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the chicken slices until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Transfer the fried chicken slices to a baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the chicken slices.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken slices.
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  13. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  14. Serve hot and enjoy!
