Ingredients
  • 170 gram Unsalted Butter
  • 200 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 90 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 30 gram Cocoa Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 0.5 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the sugar and stir until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

  6. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the peanut butter layer. Pour the remaining batter over the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 30 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
