Ingredients
  • 2 cup Broccoli
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Steam the broccoli until tender. Drain and chop into small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk, melted butter, and chopped broccoli. Mix well.
  5. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Slice and serve.
