Ingredients
  • 3 banana Ripe Bananas
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 0.5 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
