Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste for dusting Powdered sugar
  • to taste for garnish Berries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a cast-iron skillet or oven-safe pan in the oven while it preheats.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  5. Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven and add the butter, swirling it around until melted and coating the bottom of the pan.
  6. Pour the batter into the hot skillet and return it to the oven.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the Dutch Baby Bunnies are puffed and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with berries.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
