Ingredients
  • 200 gram Onion
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 150 gram Carrot
  • 150 gram Bell pepper
  • 200 gram Cauliflower
  • 200 gram Potato
  • 100 gram Green beans
  • 100 gram Frozen peas
  • 2 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add the curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables (carrot, bell pepper, cauliflower, potato, green beans, frozen peas) and mix until coated with the spices.
  5. Add water, cover the pan, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Remove the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes to evaporate any excess liquid.
  7. Serve hot with rice or bread.
