Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out any excess moisture.

In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, flour, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, walnuts, and raisins. Mix well.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
