Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and melted.

Stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Pour half of the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the first layer.

Pour the remaining chocolate mixture over the peanuts and spread it evenly.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Once firm, remove from the baking dish and cut into squares.
