Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 200 gram Milk chocolate
  • 2 cup Whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Chocolate cookies
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate shavings
Instructions
  1. Melt the dark chocolate and milk chocolate separately.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the melted dark chocolate and the other half into the melted milk chocolate.
  4. Crumble the chocolate cookies into small pieces.
  5. In serving glasses, layer the chocolate mousse, crumbled cookies, and whipped cream.
  6. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
  7. Top with chocolate shavings.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
