  • 2 piece Apple
  • 4 ounce Brie Cheese
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cup Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. Core the apples and cut them into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Cut the brie cheese into small cubes.
  3. In separate bowls, place the flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each apple chunk into the flour, then the egg, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat.
