Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chicken Breast
  • 1 piece Bell Pepper
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add chicken breast to the marinade and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken breast until browned on both sides.
  5. Transfer the chicken breast to a baking dish.
  6. Add sliced bell pepper and onion to the baking dish.
  7. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the chicken and vegetables.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
