Ingredients
  • 3 piece Ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mix the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
  5. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt to the butter mixture and mix well.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  8. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  11. Transfer the banana bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
