Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 150 gram Unsalted butter
  • 200 gram Granulated sugar
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 100 gram All-purpose flour
  • 30 gram Cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking pan.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add this dry mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir until just combined.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Spoon dollops of Nutella on top and swirl it into the batter using a knife or toothpick.
  7. Pour the remaining batter on top and spread it evenly. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the pan for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
