Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Hazelnuts
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, hazelnuts, dark chocolate chips, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet.
  7. Once cooled, break the granola into small clusters.
  8. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
  9. Serve with milk or yogurt for breakfast or enjoy as a healthy snack.
