Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, curry powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in the fresh coriander leaves.
  5. Gradually add the milk while stirring until the dough comes together.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1/2 inch.
  7. Use a cookie cutter to cut out shortbread shapes.
  8. Place the shorties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
