Cupcake Bites
Cupcakes were originally called ‘number cakes’ because they were easy to remember by the measurements of ingredients used.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 45 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 9.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.

Fill mini cupcake liners with the batter, about 2/3 full.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.

Once cooled, frost the cupcakes and decorate with sprinkles as desired.
