Ingredients
  • 2 cup Macaroni
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1/4 small Red Onion
  • 1/2 small Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and bell pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, black pepper, and fresh dill.
