Ingredients
  • 300 gram Broccoli
  • 150 gram Cheddar cheese
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Add the sautéed onion, steamed broccoli, and grated cheddar cheese to the egg mixture. Mix well.
  6. Grease a 9-inch pie dish and pour the mixture into it.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
  8. Allow the quiche to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
