Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Flatten each ball slightly with the bottom of a glass.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
