Ingredients
  • 500 gram Spinach
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 ounce Cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash the spinach thoroughly and remove any tough stems.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  4. Add the garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  5. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and let the spinach cool slightly.
  7. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  8. Add the cooked spinach to the mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
  9. Transfer the spinach mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  10. In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter.
  11. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the spinach mixture in the baking dish.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
