Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cup Strawberries
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to evenly coat the bottom.
  4. Cook for about 2 minutes until the edges start to brown, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  6. In a separate saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
  7. Cook over medium heat until strawberries soften and release their juices.
  8. Remove from heat and blend until smooth.
  9. Serve crepes with strawberry sauce and enjoy!
