Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 100 milliliter Milk
  • 100 gram Breadcrumbs
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 200 milliliter Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 10 gram Parsley
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.
  2. In a pan, melt the butter and add the mashed potatoes. Stir in the milk, salt, and pepper. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool. Shape the mixture into croquettes.
  4. Dip each croquette into beaten egg and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the croquettes until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
