  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated.
  6. Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
