Ingredients
  • 2 cup Yogurt
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 chopped Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • for garnish chopped Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine yogurt, water, onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
  3. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir well.
  4. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  7. Serve hot.
